Recorded live at the Theosophical Society in America on May 12, 2023
This video recording of ‘Awe’ highlights the emotion we experience when we encounter mysteries, sometimes vast, that we don't understand. It is a feeling of reverential respect mixed with wonder and astonishment that may move us toward enigmas and the unknown. We can find awe anywhere, just by spending as little as a few minutes a day in mindful observation and inner reflection. Because we have a basic need for awe wired into our brains and bodies, finding awe every day is easy, if we just take the time to observe and wonder. Being aware of awe while thriving in the present, awe brings us joy, meaning and community, along with healthy bodies and more creative minds. | Meditation starts at ~ 21:00
Delight - Live audio recording
Delight, a 3 D audio recorded live at The Theosophical Society in Wheaton, IL on Dec. 1, 2023, reflects on the profound state of inner joy and contentment that arises from a deep connection with the present moment. It is the pure and unadulterated happiness that emerges when we let go of attachment to desires and worries, and instead immerse ourselves in the simple beauty of existence. Delight can be experienced during meditation when we are fully present, free from distraction, and in harmony with our inner selves. It is a state where the mind is tranquil, the heart is open, and the spirit is at ease. Cultivating states of delight not only enhances our emotional well-being but also serves as a source of inspiration and motivation to continue our journey towards inner peace and enlightenment. | Meditation starts at ~ 14:10

Mirrors: Some call it the Law of Attraction, others call it Resonance, and yet others, Karma. Essentially, if we look at the basic concept of reflection, a mirror, than it becomes obvious that the mirror can only reflect back to us what we present to it. So it is with Life. The Vedic tradition in India refers to the healing process as “blowing dust of a mirror”. The dust is the accumulation of memories and old experiences that give rise to inner suffering. The mirror is simple awareness, reflecting only bliss-consciousness in all its guises. | Meditation starts at ~17:30
Transcendence: It is easy to get comfortable, complacent or stuck with the “Status Quo”. New horizons are found when one transcends the known and explores uncharted territories. Harmony: What is the best meaning of harmony? Well, it can mean agreement; accord; harmonious relations, a consistent, orderly, or pleasing arrangement of parts; congruity. So the question naturally arises, how can we create harmony within and around us on a consistent basis? In the first place it requires having the awareness about our inner workings and integration of it, fortified by constant practice, which, once again, rests on awareness. | Meditation starts at ~ 18:30
Celebration: Celebration is a profound expression of joy and gratitude that can significantly enhance our overall wellness. It represents a purposeful pause in our busy lives to acknowledge and savor the milestones and moments of growth, both big and small, that we have achieved throughout the year, and sometimes just the day.
