Exploring and feel how conscious breathing becomes your direct pathway to life's miraculous flow. Through ancient breath practices, you'll learn to regulate your nervous system, balance your inner energy, and discover how proper breathing naturally shifts you from seeking control to embracing wonder. This foundational practice prepares you to recognize the miraculous nature of each breath and sets the stage for deeper surrender throughout the retreat.
1:00 to 1:45 p.m.: Refreshments/light lunch/socializing
2:00 - 3:00 p.m.: Second 1 hour workshop: The Science of Sound & Vibration - presented by Marian Kraus
Experience the hidden power of Cymatics—where sound creates visible patterns in matter—demonstrating how vibration influences your cells and overall well-being. This science-based exploration reveals the miraculous nature of sound frequencies and their healing effects on your body.
3:00 to 4:00 p.m.: Third 1 hour workshop: Creative Flow & Authentic Expression - presented by Marian Kraus
Discover how your second chakra becomes the gateway to unlimited creative potential, learning to transform resistance patterns and trust the natural flow of inspiration through practical tools and energy work.
4:00 to 5:00 p.m.: Transformational Sound Journey to solidify the Experience - presented by Marian Kraus
Enjoy an alchemical field of transformation while "bathing" in the healing vibrations of large titanium and bronze gongs, didgeridoo, singing bowls, vocals, handpan and other sacred instruments in a space charged with intention for deep revelation and renewal.
The above is with the understanding that the times are somewhat organic depending upon the dynamics of the group and day.
The only pre-requisite for participation in this unique program is to be open-minded, give yourself permission to relax, be inspired and recharged. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a pillow, mat, blanket etc. Personal journals, crystals and other artifacts are optional and welcome.
